The rendezvous, on its second year is three jam packed days of fun.

On the weekend of May 18–20, 2012 Sea Scouts from around the region will converge on Lake Springfield, in Illinois to compete  in games, activities, challenges, a ball, great food and much, much, more!

Friday will be a time to relax, meet new friends, partake in activities, and celebrate. Saturday will be packed with over 40 different activities to compete in or enjoy.

We will have games to training, to competitions, to a Bridge of Honor, and to wrap it up a Ball with a Luau theme!

Sunday will be a day for Scouts to tour the Nationally Recognized Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum and head home! What a weekend.

Some of the planned competitions are fun while others are very important, he are some examples: Card Board Canoe Races, Canoe Tug of War, Leaky Bucket Brigade, Hypothermia Challenge, Volleyball Tournament, Triathlon, a Luau and so much more!

This is not an event your ship wants to miss.
